Three answers that reveal how I make decisions, lead product work, and keep momentum without losing engineering quality.

At Headquarters, I rebuilt the product from a Retool prototype into a full Next.js app running on AWS. I handled the AWS migration, set up infrastructure foundations for HIPAA/SOC2 readiness, and built the first AI agent assisting clinicians and patients in real time.

Earlier, at Publicis Groupe, I helped build internal MarTech tools that analyzed millions of ads across Meta, Google, and TikTok. The output was used by major brands including Samsung and Western Union to improve campaign performance and guide media spend.
